Winter Moratorium Ends

The winter moratorium ends April 1, 2026. If your account is past due we will no longer be posting your premise with a 24-hour disconnection notice. Disconnections may occur immediately. Please take the necessary steps now to avoid this situation. If a deferred payment plan is needed, please contact the office before April 1st to make arrangements and sign the necessary forms.
