According to our bylaws, Southern Iowa Electric Cooperative is required to have an Annual Meeting of members in order to conduct the business of the Cooperative. It is very important that you, as a member/owner, attend your Annual Meeting and take part in the business of the Cooperative. The Annual Meeting is held during the month of September, for the purpose of electing board members, reviewing the previous year's operations and transacting any other business as may come before the meeting.

This year's Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the Southern Iowa Electric Cooperative.
