Payment Options
Bank Draft--Automatic deduction from your checking or savings account on the 10th, 15th, or 20th of each month is available. This service is offered at no extra charge.

Credit Card or Electronic Check--Mastercard, Visa, or Electronic Check payment is available. There is a $5.00 convenience fee for each transaction.

Drop Box Location--Our office is open for receiving your payments from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are located at 22458 Highway 2 east of Bloomfield. If you need to make a payment after hours, we have a drop box located on the west end of our parking area. Our drop box is collected each business morning. Please be advised if you drop a payment off after 8:00 a.m. it will not be processed until the next business day.
Due Date--You should receive your bill around the 1st of each month, your bill is due no later than the 20th of the month. If we do not receive your bill by the 20th, a reminder notice will be mailed as a courtesy reminder that we did not recieve your payment. We will also attempt to contact you with an automated phone call. If we still do not have your payment after 12 days from the date of your reminder notice your service will be disconnected. Additional fees will be applied for reconnecting service.
Penalties--Each member is allowed one late payment per year without a penalty. Additional late payments will result in a penalty of 1.5%.
