Annual Meeting
According to our bylaws, Southern Iowa Electric Cooperative is required to have an Annual Meeting of members in order to conduct the business of the Cooperative. It is very important that you as a member/owner attend your Annual Meeting and take part in the business of the Cooperative. The Annual Meeting is held during the month of September, for the purpose of electing board members, reviewing the previous year’s operations and transacting any other business as may come before the meeting.
This year’s Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 8th, 2011 at the Southern Iowa Electric Cooperative. Look for your Annual Meeting Notice in the mail in August 2011. We hope to see you at the Annual Meeting!
